{"id":466,"date":"2017-12-18T11:14:12","date_gmt":"2017-12-18T09:14:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nexiaap.cz\/sluzby\/audit\/ostatni-overovaci-sluzby\/"},"modified":"2019-06-11T09:30:27","modified_gmt":"2019-06-11T07:30:27","slug":"other-verification-services","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nexiaap.cz\/en\/our-services\/audit\/other-verification-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Other verification services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In addition to verification of Individual and Consolidated Financial Statements, we provide other audit services, i.e. the services which consist in removal of uncertainties with regard to the facts verified.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This activity concerns, without limitation to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verification of the level of inventory for the purpose of provision of a&nbsp;bank credit facility<\/li>\n<li>Verification of the value of increase in the registered capital in the case of capitalisation of receivables<\/li>\n<li>Inspection of interim accounting statements<\/li>\n<li>Verification of consolidation packages for group auditors<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up of the statements concerning the situation of liquidity according to the Decree on insolvency of entrepreneurs<\/li>\n<li>Audits for special purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our experienced team is also able to ensure the functions of the internal audits, either by way of outsourcing (all activities are ensured by subcontractors) or by using the co-sourcing approach (the basic activities are ensured by the client\u2019s staff members, while our experts bring specialisations which the clients are missing).<\/p>\n<p>All auditing services are provided in such a&nbsp;manner as to not only fulfil their legal obligations but also be considered highly efficient and financially effective.
