Nexia AP a.s. is an auditing company registered in the list conducted by the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic under the licence number 096. Nexia AP a.s. is one of the most renowned and respected entities in the field of auditing, accounting and advisory services with a highly professional and ethical reputation.

Nexia AP a.s. was established on 22 January 1993 (initially under the original company name “AUDIT PLUS s.r.o.”), thanks to which it has its place among auditing companies operating on the market of auditing and consulting companies since the very beginning of this profession in the Czech Republic. Throughout its existence it has made a large number of statutory audits of Annual Financial Statements for both Czech and foreign clients and it has successfully implemented special types of audit services, such as forensic investigation, economic management analyses and due diligence. Additionally, it has been providing its clients with professional advisory services in the fields of accounting, tax, financial and other economic consultancy and advisory services connected with business acquisitions and transformations of companies.

Nexia AP a.s. is member of the NEXIA INTERNATIONAL network of auditing, accounting and consulting firms. Our current business name directly refers to the membership of NEXIA INTERNATIONAL, which, in view of its size, is one of the world’s 10 largest auditing, accounting and consulting firm (now specifically in the 8th position).

Nexia AP a.s. is the holder of the ISO 9001: 2009 certificate in the field of auditing services, accounting, tax, financial and economic consulting.
