One of the important tasks during selection of employees for the Financial Section is often to check professional knowledge of the applicants. Thanks to our long-term experience in the field of personnel recruitment, we are able to professionally assess the expert knowledge of the candidates.

For the purpose of personnel recruitment, we have prepared sophisticated and systematised tests from the field of accounting and taxes (both national and international), business law and labour law. We also conduct detailed interviews with the applicants because their communication skills in the professional area are also an important criterion for assessment.  On account of the experience of our colleagues, the final assessment of the applicant’s knowledge provided to the client is very objective.
